‘The Boys’ S3 Debuts First Teaser, Release Schedule Revealed

The first teaser for the third season of The Boys has been revealed.

The Boys are back! After debuting a critically-acclaimed second season that upped the stakes and introduced a brilliant villain in Ayesha Cash’s Stormfront, the series is set to return later this summer. While we won’t dive too deep into spoilers in case you still haven’t seen the second season (what are you waiting for?), the show last left us with a killer twist ending that we just can’t wait to see unfold.

The first teaser for the third season is disappointingly brief, but it perfectly showcases Homelander’s chaotic and unhinged demeanor. In the teaser Homelander and Starlight are seen being snapped for Vought promotional material. While Starlight is keeping a straight, sane face, Homelander can’t help but reflect on the paradigm shift we last saw him in.

The Amazon Prime Video series will return on June 3rd with three episodes. The release schedule has also been revealed. What’s interesting is that the sixth episode of the series has been titled “Herogasm” while the other episodes haven’t. We’ll just have to wait and see what exactly Herogasm is.

Here is the official synopsis for the second season of The Boys:

The even more intense, more insane season two finds The Boys on the run from the law, hunted by the Supes, and desperately trying to regroup and fight back against Vought. In hiding, Hughie (Jack Quaid), Mother’s Milk (Laz Alonso), Frenchie (Tomer Capon) and Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara) try to adjust to a new normal, with Butcher (Karl Urban) nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, Starlight (Erin Moriarty) must navigate her place in The Seven as Homelander (Antony Starr) sets his sights on taking complete control. His power is threatened with the addition of Stormfront (Aya Cash), a social media-savvy new Supe, who has an agenda of her own. On top of that, the Supervillain threat takes center stage and makes waves as Vought seeks to capitalize on the nation’s paranoia.

The Boys stars Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capon, Karen Fukuhara, Nathan Mitchell, and Colby Minifie, and Jensen Ackles.

The Boys is available on Amazon Prime Video. Stay tuned for all the latest news on the show’s upcoming third season, the spin-off series, and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more original video content!
