See Robert Pattinson In ‘The Batman’ With White Eyed Cowl Pic

Now there’s a Batman.

New artwork shows The Batman star Robert Pattinson wearing a cowl that includes the iconic white lenses for the Matt Reeves-directed film.

There’s still over a year to go until The Batman arrives in theaters, but this fan art shows off what Robert Pattinson’s Dark Knight might look like if he sports the white eyed lenses in his cowl. The film is reportedly a gruelling shoot for the star as Matt Reeves is apparently feeling the pressure to make sure the new direction of the titular hero is up to scratch amidst the near-constant disruption from the ongoing pandemic.

The design from digital artist ‘christ_ave41’ on Instagram takes its cues from The Batman DC Fandome poster, with a side shot of Robert Pattinson in the costume. Not only does it picture what he’ll look like perched on a rooftop (in a classic brooding pose) but it also gives him the white lenses in his cowl to match the character’s classic look from the pages of DC Comics. The Batman has continued production in the U.K. amidst a national lockdown, so hopefully we’ll get to see a new trailer soon. You can see The Batman star Robert Pattinson with the white lenses below.

What do you make of The Batman fan art? Are you excited to see Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne on the big screen? Comment below and let us know!

The plot of The Batman is being kept under wraps, but we know the film will follow Robert Pattinson as a younger Bruce Wayne, chronicling Batman during his second year as Gotham City’s Caped Crusader. The Batman will also show off the hero using his skills as a detective more than what we’ve seen before in previous versions of the character. It is also expected to be the first installment in a new trilogy of films starring Pattinson.

Directed by Matt Reeves from a script he co-wrote with Mattson Tomlin, Robert Pattinson stars as the Caped Crusader, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Peter Sarsgaard as Gil Colson, Jayme Lawson as Bella Reál, with Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, and Colin Farrell as the Penguin.

The Batman is currently scheduled to hit theaters on March 4, 2022. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding Robert Pattinson and the DC Films project, and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more video content.
